How to use the trip budget calculator

  1. Enter the total amount you have set aside for the trip.
  2. Choose the currency you are budgeting in and the currency you want to compare it with.
  3. Add the trip length and number of travelers to see daily and per-person estimates.
  4. Use the result as a planning reference, then confirm actual prices and exchange rates with your providers.

What the result means

The calculator multiplies your entered budget by the selected reference exchange rate. It divides that converted total by trip days and traveler count for the estimates. It does not know your flight, accommodation, food, activity, tax or fee costs; enter those in your own plan before deciding whether a budget is realistic.

Exchange rates can move and providers apply their own spreads and fees. Roamwise rates are indicative daily references, not financial advice or a transaction quote.
