What is included?
The template has columns for category, item, estimated cost, actual cost, currency, payment status and notes. Add or remove rows for flights, accommodation, meals, local transport, activities, insurance and anything else in your own plan.
How to use it
- Open the CSV in your spreadsheet app of choice.
- Enter expected costs in the currency in which you expect to pay.
- Use the calculator to compare your overall budget in another currency.
- Update actual costs as you book. Check exchange rates, taxes and fees with each provider.
The download is a blank organizer, not a destination-price database. It does not estimate what a trip should cost.
